Our Policy

We hold credit card details for all bookings
Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. However, we are happy to cancel any appointment (except wedding makeup and hair or bulk bookings) with a prior notice of 24 hours of the scheduled appointment free of any charge. However, 50% of the service amount will be charged in case you wish to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No shows are subject to a 100% charge of the total service amount.

Wedding Makeup and Hair Booking Policy
For wedding makeup and hair bookings, 50% amount will be charged if cancelled within 1 month notice. In case of no shows, you will still be charged 100% of the service amount. Any last-minute cancellations or no shows will be charged a full price of the appointment. You authorise The Makeover Place to charge your credit card in any of the above circumstances by providing your credit card details.

Lateness & No-Show
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Salon values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. In case The Makeover Place needs to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honour 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Here at Salon we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify your appointment. We need at least 24 hours of prior notice to reschedule your appointment and in case you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we’d have to charge 50% of the total service amount. Cancellations made within three hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 75% charge of the total service fee.
